This is a very cheerfully written, easy-to-read book in which we are exhorted to breathe more fully. I find it hard to believe that this will ‘simply melt away the pounds;’ However, breathing better certainly won’t hurt me.
No idea how many stars to assign. Grout can write — This was an enjoyable read. The breath exercises definitely feel good. Still, I have no idea whether anything she has written is true. I’ll give the breathing a try for a while and assess then.
